Philip C. Zvonicek is a partner at the firm where he practices commercial, construction and real estate law. In 2015, Mr. Zvonicek was named by Southern California Super Lawyers Rising Stars as a top attorney in California for the third consecutive year by Los Angeles Magazine. Mr. Zvonicek represents commercial and residential landlords in all aspects of real estate including negotiating agreements, prosecuting breach of lease claims, defending lawsuits involving claims of habitability, wrongful eviction and statutory violations.

Mr. Zvonicek also represents homeowners associations and management companies with respect to residential and commercial property management. He advises on revisions to governing documents, informal dispute resolution, compliance with governing documents, and enforcement proceedings. Mr. Zvonicek maintains a broad and diverse client base which ranges from individuals, and small start-ups, to large regional and global companies. Mr. Zvonicek is general counsel to several high-technology companies and a local distribution company wherein he handles all aspects of their licensing, corporate governance, and compliance issues. Mr. Zvonicek has a background in construction litigation representing developers, general contractors, subcontractors, and material and equipment suppliers in construction disputes. He also represents and consults with developers on construction defect claims.

Mr. Zvonicek handles business disputes on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants. He represents clients at the trial level and has tried cases before judges, juries and arbitrators. He has experience in all forms of alternative dispute resolution. Mr. Zvonicek is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in California and is an active member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association. Mr. Zvonicek is fluent in the Czech language and is a licensed pilot.
