JV currently manages in excess of $150 million USD of real estate assets consisting of 28 properties throughout Southern California in the cities of Anaheim Hills, Irvine, Laguna Beach, Laguna Hills, Los Angeles (Downtown, Hancock Park, Hollywood), Newport Beach, Riverside, and Santa Ana.
